Ghost in the Guitar

Katy and her boyfriend Tom are happy in their band, Steel City. But then Tom gets a new guitar and the trouble begins. Suddenly he can play very well, but he seems top be a different person. Why is he always so angry? When Katy discovers the secret of the guitar, she is very afraid. Can she save her boyfriend's life?
I love the guitar and rock music, so I enjoyed this book. I was surprised at the end of the story. This book is long, but I can read it easily. If you are interested in the guitar or rock music, you could enjoy it.

Rain Man

Charlie Babbitt thinks he will get a lot of money when his father dies. The money goes to someone he does not know. He is a man who lives in a special hospital, and is the brother Charlie never knew. The two men meet and this is the start of a surprising new life for both of them.

I chose this book because Tom Cruise made the cover of the book. This book is based on a film which was made in America in 1988. The story is about the brother's friendship. The main character gets in trouble many times, but he build a good relationship with his brother. I want to see this movie someday.

Seven

You ever heard of the Seven Deadly Sins, Mills?
Detective Someret has just seven more days before he retires. He wants to get through them as easily as possible. But when they find the body of the first victim he knows that isn't going to be easy. And Mills, his new partner, isn't going to make it any easier.

This book is based on the film starred by Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman. Before you read, you have to know Seven Deadly Sins(greed, gluttony, wrath, envy, sloth, pride and lust). The story and main character are very similar to Lethal Weapon. But I like it and enjoyed reading.

Braveheart

'Sons of Scotland, you have come here to fight as free men ... is you fight, perhaps you'll die. If you run, you may live for a time. But at what cost? ... I say we'll always be free!'
Braveheart is the true story of William Wallace, whose love for his country gave hope to his people.

This book is based on a film which was made in America in 1995.  I read this book because I have not seen this film and  I like Mel Gibson, who stars as the main character William Wallace. The story was not as fun as I expected because Mel Gibson is suitable for action movies, not war films like this. But I enjoyed this book and want to see the movie.
