Sarah's Surprise

It is Sarah's first day in the cafe. A man comes into the cafe, takes some food, but does not give any money to Sarah. What does she do? 

It is natural that Sarah mistook the boss's husband for a thief because he put some sandwiches in his bag in silence. It was a realistic story.
